4th Annual Friendly City Pride

Bradenton’s LGBTQ+ community gathers at Oscura for the fourth iteration of Friendly City Pride. Moving away from massive corporate parades, this localized festival utilizes the indoor and outdoor spaces of the Manatee Avenue cafe and live music venue. The afternoon features performances by regional drag artists, sets from local musicians, and a curated market of independent queer creators and artisans. Organized to provide a safe, accessible social hub within Manatee County, the gathering emphasizes grassroots advocacy and neighborhood connection. It offers a relaxed, block-party environment where attendees can browse vendor stalls, watch live entertainment, and connect with regional nonprofit support networks.
