ArtSELF: Music for Healing (Music Workshop)

Teaching artist María Albán leads a workshop on the therapeutic uses of sound at Selby Library. Organized by the Sarasota Performing Arts Foundation, the interactive session explores how musical elements can aid mental and emotional well-being. The community program is designed for attendees of all backgrounds, requiring no prior musical training, and supplies participants with tools for creative self-care.
