Broom Workshop presented by Herb Methodology at Longboat Key Provisions

A shop better known for charcuterie boards and picnic baskets becomes a craft studio at Longboat Key Provisions on Gulf of Mexico Drive. Herb Methodology, the herbal products line owned by sisters Tryla Brown Larson and Crystal Brown, supplies the project: each participant gets a 36-inch cinnamon or pumpkin spice broom to decorate, adorn and cleanse, setting an intention into it along the way, and takes it home. Decorations, snacks and drinks are provided. Larson grows many of her own ingredients and draws on plant remedies learned from her grandmother; the line, which includes salves, bath bombs and face serums, launched on Longboat Key in January.
