Comedy Night 2027

The Longboat Key Garden Club has put its spring stand-up benefit on the calendar but has not yet announced a lineup or a location. Last April's edition is a fair guide to the format. Staged by the Longboat Key Foundation on the Town Center Green as part of Arts in April, it put five comics on the bill, with Al Ernst as emcee alongside Eric Wilder, Joe Mahoney, Cliff "Gerry Atric" Hornsby and Greg Shwartz, all donating their sets. Ticket and raffle proceeds went to the club's beautification projects and educational outreach.
