Dakin Dairy Farms 3rd Annual Harvest Festival

The agricultural heritage of Manatee County takes center stage at Dakin Dairy Farms during this expansive autumn celebration in Myakka City. The working dairy operation opens its pastures for a family-oriented festival featuring live country music, local food trucks, and hands-on farm experiences. Attendees can watch live cow milking demonstrations, cuddle young calves, and take a traditional hayride across the sprawling rural property. The event incorporates quirky rural entertainment, including lawn mower racing, a pumpkin cannon, and an apple launcher, providing a distinctly Floridian take on the classic fall harvest gathering amidst the active operations of a commercial dairy farm.
