Freaky Friday

An overworked mother and her rebellious teenage daughter mysteriously swap bodies in this musical comedy adaptation at Venice Theatre. With a wedding looming the next day, the pair must frantically navigate the social and professional landmines of each other's daily routines while searching for a way to reverse the magic. Staged at the Raymond Center, the production relies on sharp physical comedy and demanding vocal performances to sell the central illusion of two generations trapped in the wrong lives.
