Hondo Rodeo Fest – Round One feat. Cody Johnson

Opening night of the Hondo Rodeo Fest brings intense rodeo competition and live country music to the floor of Raymond James Stadium. The evening kicks off with professional riders and ropers executing timed events and roughstock rides on a custom-built dirt arena laid directly over the football field. Following the athletic exhibitions, Texas native Cody Johnson headlines the musical portion of the night. Known for his traditionalist, neo-traditional country sound and authentic rodeo background, Johnson bridges the gap between the dirt-track athletes and the massive stadium audience, grounding the large-scale production in classic Western roots.
