Hondo Rodeo Fest – Round Two feat. Nickelback

The second evening of the Hondo Rodeo Fest pairs high-stakes professional rodeo events with stadium rock at Raymond James Stadium. Cowboys and cowgirls compete in the dirt arena in disciplines like saddle bronc riding and barrel racing, battling for crucial points in the weekend standings. After the livestock is cleared, the Canadian rock band Nickelback takes the stage for a heavy-hitting headline set. The unexpected pairing of traditional Western agricultural sports with aggressive, post-grunge arena rock creates a loud, high-energy spectacle, shifting the atmosphere from a technical athletic competition to a massive, pyrotechnic-driven concert.
