Skillful Board Chair

A workshop tailored for current and prospective board leaders takes place at the Gulf Coast Community Foundation's Venice Office. Facilitated by Betsy Steiner, an I3 Consultant, the half-day session unpacks the specific responsibilities associated with leading a nonprofit board. Participants explore proven leadership practices and strategies for effectively guiding an organization's governance. The curriculum is designed for those who have recently been elected as a chair or vice chair, as well as individuals looking to refine their broader leadership skills within a community organization.
