Steps for Sarasota is a Walkathon and Community Celebration hosted by the Junior League of Sarasota.

Join us on Saturday, November 21, 2026, at 4:00 pm at Nathan Benderson Park for an inspiring evening that brings together walkers, families, local businesses, and community partners to celebrate wellness, connection, and philanthropy.

Participants in the Walkathon will enjoy a scenic 3-mile walk around the park, along with family-friendly activities, health and wellness experiences, entertainment, and more, all while supporting the Junior League of Sarasota's mission to develop women leaders and create lasting community impact.

After the Walkathon, the celebration continues with our Community Celebration, open to everyone! Beginning after the walk, this family-friendly event features local vendors, food, entertainment, wellness activities, and opportunities to connect with organizations making a difference throughout our community.

Registration:

Walkathon Registration: $35 per participant

Children 5 and under: Free

Community Celebration Only: $5 per person

Whether you're walking, attending the Community Celebration, or both, there's something for everyone! Keep the celebration going at our VIP After-Par-Tee at PopStroke from 8:00 – 10:00 pm. For $50 per person, enjoy a welcome drink, appetizers, and unlimited mini golf!
