Unbound

The contemporary choreographers of Azara Ballet mount their annual production at the Riverview High School Performing Arts Center with Unbound. The independent local dance company uses the program to highlight its evolving movement vocabulary and technical progression outside the constraints of classical story ballets. The performance provides a wide platform for the ensemble to demonstrate short-form pieces and suite arrangements that emphasize pure physical expression and modern compositional structures. The staging connects the wider community to the developing repertoire of a troupe dedicated to expanding the regional dance landscape.
