Air Supply

The enduring soft-rock anthems of the 1980s take center stage as the Australian duo Air Supply arrives at the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall. Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock, backed by a full band, focus entirely on the soaring, highly orchestrated ballads that defined their commercial peak, including "All Out of Love" and "Making Love Out of Nothing at All." The performance relies heavily on Hitchcock's signature, operatic tenor, which remains the focal point of the massive, synth-driven arrangements. The concert operates as an unabashedly romantic, high-volume retrospective for fans of the era's most dramatic, emotionally charged pop music.
