Black-and-white documentary photography sets the tone for March's after-hours dining event at the Sarasota Art Museum. Executive Chef Ben Hiatt designs a four-course pop-up dinner that responds directly to the visual themes found in "Presence: The Photography Collection of Judy Glickman Lauder." The evening bridges the gallery space and the dining room, starting with an early evening exhibition tour before the culturally inspired menu is served in the Bistro.
