Cat Qi Gong

Instructor Daniele Nance adapts traditional Chinese energy practices for a shared human-feline session at Katy’s Cat Cafe. Participants move through a sequence of slow, deliberate Qi Gong postures and deep breathing exercises while the lounge's resident rescue cats observe, sleep, or wander through the practice space. The gentle physical movements focus on balance, circulation, and mental clarity, benefiting from the calming presence of the animals. The workshop merges mindful exercise with animal socialization in a relaxed studio environment.
