Hell’s Kitchen (Touring)

Alicia Keys wrote the music and lyrics for Hell's Kitchen, a semi-autobiographical musical about Ali, a 17-year-old growing up in a Manhattan building full of artists, who finds love and her connection to music while her mother worries she will repeat old mistakes. Kristoffer Diaz wrote the book, and the score draws on Keys's catalog, including "Fallin'," "No One," "Girl on Fire" and "Empire State of Mind." Michael Greif directs and Camille A. Brown choreographs, both returning from the Broadway production. It earned 13 Tony nominations in 2024 and won two, and this national tour plays the Van Wezel as part of its Broadway series.
