Longboat Key's cash and bond holdings get regular scrutiny at the town's Investment Advisory/Finance Committee. Chandler Asset Management, which manages a $46.6 million account heavy in Treasury and corporate bonds, has briefed members on recent quarters alongside a staff financial report; one earlier agenda paired its review of the quarter ending in September with a preliminary, unaudited financial report. The committee also reviews the annual investment report prepared for the Town Commission.
