John Mulaney

Stand-up comedian and former Saturday Night Live writer John Mulaney brings his sharp, observational humor to the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall. Known for his pristine delivery and vintage aesthetic, the comic steers away from traditional punchlines in favor of elaborate, anecdotal storytelling. The set covers his personal life, aging, and the absurdities of modern social interactions, all filtered through his distinctively neurotic lens. The evening offers audiences a chance to watch a seasoned writer command the stage with meticulously crafted material, demonstrating the precise pacing and theatrical flair that have defined his highly successful stand-up career.
