Lifelong Arts Studio Social

Older adults who want studio time without a syllabus are the audience for the Lifelong Arts Studio Social, held in the MakerSpace of The Ringling's Education Center. A range of mediums and materials is laid out, a teaching artist offers light guidance, and participants work at their own pace over coffee and refreshments. Conversation is as much the point as technique. The session is open to those 55 and older, with registration required, and belongs to the museum's Lifelong Arts program, a Vitality Arts initiative underwritten by E.A. Michelson Philanthropy.
