Mote SEA Yoga Flow

Samskara Yoga teaches this all-levels class, called SEArenity Flow, inside Mote SEA, the Sarasota aquarium that opened at Nathan Benderson Park in 2025. The class combines gentle movement, breathwork and relaxation, with the ocean as its running theme: how people connect to the sea and the living world it supports. It takes place ahead of the aquarium's public hours, bringing a mat and props is optional, and registration covers the class only, not admission to the exhibits.
