South Florida Men’s Basketball vs. West Florida

West Florida, a Pensacola school that played 32 seasons in Division II's Gulf South Conference, is moving up to Division I and the Atlantic Sun, and the Argonauts arrive off a 25–9 year that ended with the Gulf South tournament title and a first-round Division II NCAA Tournament trip, their first since 2018. For South Florida, it is one of eight non-conference home dates for a roster built mostly through the portal: 12 of the 15 newcomers are transfers, four of them four-star prospects by 247Sports' rating.
