Used But Useful

ArtCenter Manatee calls Used But Useful its version of a yard sale. For one morning the Bradenton arts organization, founded in 1937 and known for its hundreds of adult classes in painting, pottery, jewelry and other media, sells secondhand art supplies, studio equipment and assorted other goods at yard-sale prices. It is a practical stop for students stocking up before the winter class term and for working artists hunting for an easel or a set of tools. Proceeds support the center's education programs.
