21 Artists’ Studios OPEN at Creative Liberties

Creative Liberties opens its Apricot Avenue facility to the public, offering direct access to the workspaces of twenty-one resident artists. The layout allows attendees to move freely through individual studios, observing various disciplines including textile art, ceramics, oil painting, and assemblage. This open-house format encourages unmediated conversations between the creators and the local community, shedding light on the technical and conceptual labor behind contemporary art production. The event serves as an informal survey of the active, working artist population situated within Sarasota's industrial district.
