Exhibition Catalog Launch and Reception

Architecture Sarasota celebrates the publication of its new comprehensive catalog detailing the history and influence of the Sarasota School of Architecture. Held at the McCulloch Pavilion, the reception allows architectural enthusiasts to secure early copies of the heavily illustrated volume while mingling with local preservationists and historians. The book serves as a permanent academic record of the organization's centennial exhibition, featuring newly commissioned photography, archival blueprints, and critical essays on the region’s mid-century modernism. The gathering provides a space to discuss how this specific era of climate-adapted design continues to influence contemporary Gulf Coast construction.
