Museum of Art Tour

The Ringling offers a docent-led survey of its permanent collection, guiding groups through the distinct galleries of the Museum of Art. The tour highlights the museum's foundational acquisition of European masterpieces by John Ringling, with particular emphasis on Peter Paul Rubens’s monumental Triumph of the Eucharist canvases. Docents contextualize the Baroque masterworks, Renaissance paintings, and antiquities within broader art historical movements and the specific architectural setting of the pink Renaissance-style courtyard building. The walk provides a structured, educational overview of the institution's most significant visual assets.
