South Florida Men’s Basketball vs. Kennesaw State

Sixth-seeded at 10–10 in league play, Kennesaw State won three games in three days in the Conference USA tournament, beating Louisiana Tech 71–60 in the final for the Owls' first league title; no other team in the country knocked off three of its conference's top four seeds in a tournament. Point guard R.J. Johnson was the tournament MVP. Kennesaw State visits the Yuengling Center for the Love Wins Classic, having lost two key players midseason and still reached the NCAA Tournament, against a South Florida team defending its own conference championship.
