Southern Cities: Shared Futures, City #1

The opening session of the Southern Cities: Shared Futures lecture series zeroes in on regional urban planning and civic design. Hosted by Architecture Sarasota at the Church of the Redeemer Episcopal, this initial talk kicks off a four-part exploration into the legacy of the Sarasota School of Architecture. Urban designers and architectural historians will evaluate the balance between rapid local growth and maintaining the distinct aesthetic character that has defined the community for the past century.
