This iteration of the Bistro Pop-Up Nights features a menu directly inspired by "Beautiful Ideas: The Prints of Sol LeWitt," translating the artist's conceptual frameworks into culinary presentations. The meal highlights Florida's regional produce and artisanal proteins, moving from a persimmon tartare to a bone-in pork chop with butternut squash risotto. Attendees have the option to begin the evening with a private, after-hours gallery tour before sitting down to the highly curated, exhibition-themed meal.
