FST Improv Presents: We’re Doomed

Using a blank stage and no script, the resident comedy troupe builds a Hollywood blockbuster from scratch in FST Improv Presents: We’re Doomed. The performers ditch traditional theater equipment, relying instead on physical acrobatics, vocal sound effects and quick wit to simulate big-budget action sequences and suspense. In addition to the main feature, the improvisers in Bowne's Lab at Florida Studio Theatre perform made-up previews for coming attractions, leaning into cinematic tropes and audience suggestions to shape the night's disaster film narrative.
