South Florida Women’s Basketball vs. Tulane

Ashley Langford, a Tulane alumna now in her third season as the Green Wave's coach, has rebuilt around eight newcomers, six of them transfers. Kanija Daniel, a senior guard who made last year's American All-Newcomer Team, was named to the preseason second team, though coaches picked Tulane 11th. The Bulls bring a roster with its own international reach, among them freshman forward Lisandra Vetesina, 6 feet 2, who comes to Tampa from Estonia. It is the teams' only meeting of the year.
