Laughing Matters Volume 7: Cranes Over Paradise

Current events and Suncoast eccentricities provide the target material for Laughing Matters Volume 7: Cranes Over Paradise. The long-running sketch comedy and musical revue at Florida Studio Theatre returns with a fresh slate of rapid-fire jokes aimed at the absurdities of modern local living. An ensemble cast performs a fast-paced series of original songs, political satire, and observational humor about the daily frictions of navigating a growing Florida city. The format relies heavily on physical comedy and sharp lyrical parodies to dissect the cultural obsessions of the moment.
