Golden Groovers: The Music of The Bee Gees

A tribute to the undisputed kings of the disco era arrives at the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall for an afternoon performance. The concert meticulously reconstructs the catalog of the Bee Gees, capturing the incredibly tight, three-part sibling harmonies that propelled the group to global dominance in the late 1970s. The vocalists replicate the trademark soaring falsettos while a live band lays down the driving, four-on-the-floor basslines and sweeping string arrangements of their biggest soundtrack hits. The show also explores the brothers' earlier, more melancholic pop ballads, offering a comprehensive look at one of the most commercially successful songwriting partnerships in pop history.
